Partitions, bulkheads and shaft walls laid out from the drawings, checked on site, and framed so every trade after us lands on a straight, plumb wall.

Spray foam where the envelope leaks air and blown-in insulation where batts can’t reach, sealed before the board goes on.

Insulation
Thermal insulation for prairie winters and acoustic insulation between suites, installed tight and inspected before it is covered.

Drywall
Board hung to the drawing, square and tight, with fire-rated and acoustic assemblies built exactly as specified.

Taping & Finishing
Tape, mud and sand finished to the level the space needs, up to a Level 5 skim coat where light and paint show everything.

Acoustic Ceilings
Suspended grid and tile set to tolerance, coordinated with the trades above so lights, diffusers and sprinklers land where they should.
